Buckeye Union School District adds Montessori School

Full Description:

The Buckeye Union School District added a Charter Standards-based Montessori school to Blue Oak Elementary this year. Numerous requests from parents have been answered.The school is projected to grow to a K-3 school with plans to add one grade level each year. The kindergarten class is already nearly full, and just started on July 28. It opened with 20 slots, and 17 are taken. The program has already been rated as a success. Also new to Blue Oak is a Montesoori-based pre-school class which is operated by the El Dorado County Office of Education. This is not a federally funded program, so parents will have to pay a minimal fee. Call us to find out more!
